Missouri Pacific Route | September 2023
The Missouri Pacific was the first company to operate west of the Mississippi River starting in St. Louis and spreading west and south to connect the southern midwestern states. Ride with us this month we will drift through the Ozarks, bayous and cattle ranches on the Missouri Pacific Lines. We will hop a boxcar in El Paso and float through Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana visiting our favorite “Hash Houses” and “Greasy Spoons” along the way. From the Alamo, through the Fort Worth Stockyards, along the Ozark Mountains, to the Bayous of the Mississippi Delta, natural wonders and culinary delights will keep you entertained for the month of September.
