Our Menu

Ride The Rails - Monthly FeaturesThe Rambler - Daily Menu

Embark on a transcontinental journey alongside Leon Ray Livingston as he traverses the vast expanse of the United States. Indulge in our monthly unveiling of a meticulously curated menu.

Union Pacific Railway | June 2025

Traveling as a hobo through the Rocky Mountains in the 1900s was a daring adventure filled with both beauty and hardship. Hobos rode freight trains through rugged terrain, clinging to boxcars as they traversed steep mountain passes and winding valleys. The Rocky Mountains offered breathtaking vistas and untouched wilderness, but also posed formidable challenges to the wandering traveler. Hobos sought shelter in makeshift campsites nestled among the pine forests, finding solace in the simplicity of nature. Navigating the Rockies required resilience and resourcefulness, as harsh weather and unforgiving terrain tested the limits of even the most seasoned hobo. Yet, amidst the rugged landscape, there was a sense of freedom and camaraderie among travelers, bound together by a shared spirit of adventure and survival. For hobos in the 1900s, the journey through these states was a test of endurance and resilience, but also a chance to experience the true spirit of America's heartland. Come and join Leon Livingston during the month of May and explore culinary delights throughout the “Breadbasket of the USA.”
