Our Menu

Ride The Rails - Monthly FeaturesThe Rambler - Daily Menu

Embark on a transcontinental journey alongside Leon Ray Livingston as he traverses the vast expanse of the United States. Indulge in our monthly unveiling of a meticulously curated menu.

The Shasta Route | July 2025

The Southern Pacific Lines covered more distance across the United States than any other railroad company spanning from Chicago to New Orleans to Los Angeles to Portland. Ride with us this month we will drift along the Pacific Coast on Southern Pacific’s famous Shasta Route through southern Washington, Oregon, and Northern California. We will hop a boxcar in Seattle, WA and float down the Pacific Coast until we arrive in San Francisco, CA visiting our favorite “Hash Houses” and “Greasy Spoons” along the way. From the Puget Sound, along the Columbia River, and through the Shasta Valley, natural wonders and culinary delights will keep you entertained for the month of July. Be sure to post your favorite sights and flavors along our journey this month. #followthecode For hobos in the 1900s, the journey through these states was a test of endurance and resilience, but also a chance to experience the true spirit of America's heartland. Come and join Leon Livingston during the month of May and explore culinary delights throughout the “Breadbasket of the USA.”
